Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These terms apply to your use of https://ntt-sounds.com and to enquiries for audio engineering services provided by NTT Sounds (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Nat Pakula in London, United Kingdom.

Using this website

You may browse this site for personal or commercial enquiry purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could harm the site or others.

Services

NTT Sounds offers professional audio services including recording, mixing, mastering, vocal production, and sound design. Service details on the website are for general information. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed separately before work begins.

Booking enquiries

Submitting a booking enquiry does not create a binding contract. A session is confirmed only when we agree terms (including rate, scope, and schedule) in writing or by email. We reserve the right to decline enquiries at our discretion.

Client responsibilities

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your original recordings and compositions. Upon full payment, deliverables are licensed to you as agreed in your booking confirmation. We may showcase anonymised or credited work in our portfolio (e.g. website, social media) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions and cancellations

Revision rounds and cancellation terms depend on the service booked and will be confirmed before work starts. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee where reasonable notice was not given.

Limitation of liability

We work with professional care and industry-standard tools. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party services (e.g. Spotify, social media). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer with mandatory rights in another jurisdiction.
