- Booking enquiries - if you use the booking form, we receive the name, email address, and service types you choose. These are sent via your email client to ntt.sounds@gmail.com; we do not store them in a database on this website.
- Analytics data - if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, including pages viewed, approximate location (city/country), browser, device type, and similar usage information. Google Tag Manager may be used to manage and load website tags, including Google Analytics. It does not collect personal data itself.
- Technical data - our hosting provider, Vercel, may process server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and performance.

Sharing your data

These providers process data under appropriate agreements. Booking enquiry emails are handled through your email provider and ours.
International transfers
Some of our service providers, including Google Analytics and Vercel, may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or other legally approved transfer mechanisms where required.
How long we keep data
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to manage bookings and business records. Analytics data is retained in accordance with our configured Google Analytics data retention period.
